Apple, prune and yoghurt crunch

Ingredients
1 apple, cooking, peeled and cored
25 g wheat flakes
25 g barley flakes
25 g jumbo oats
25 g butter or vegetable-based margarine
100 g prunes
300 g yoghurt, low fat, natural
3 tsp artificial sweetener, granular

Cut up the apple and cook in a little water until soft. Sweeten with 2 tbsp of artificial sweetener. If using uncooked prunes, cook according to packet instructions. Chop the prunes, removing any stones. Heat the wheat flakes, barley flakes and oats in a large saucepan with the butter or margarine, stirring all the time until the butter melts and a fragrant smell comes from the cereals. Sweeten the mixture with one tbsp artificial sweetener. Leave the apple, prunes and cereal crunch too cool. Serving suggestion: Spoon layers of apples, prunes, yoghurt and cereal crunch into glasses. Finish with a layer of yoghurt and decorate with some prunes and cereal crunch.
