Pears in wine
- Ingredients
- 420 g pears
- Dry red wine
- Artificial sweetener
- Cinnamon
Peel each pear and cut slightly across the base so that it will stand up itself. Place in a dish. Next add a small amount of wine, the artificial sweetener and the cinnamon stick and boil until tender. When ready place in a glass bowl and sprinkle with wine.
