Apple muffins

Ingredients
100 g low fat spread
2 eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar/artificial sweetener if you have diabetes
2 apples
3 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp milk
1.5 tbsp artificial sweetener

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Combine the margarine, sugar and sweetener. Add the eggs one at a time and stir well. Combine the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar, and add the milk. Stir carefully with a spatula or spoon. Add the apple cubes last. Pour the batter into a muffin pan. Each muffin mould should be ¾ full. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar/sweetener over. Contents per muffin: 90 cal and 4 g fat
