Baked salmon

Ingredients
500 g salmon
tomato(es)
onion(s)
garlic
pepper, sweet, green
wine, white (dry)

Place the salmon on a piece of foil on top of the sliced onion and tomato. Then add the sweet pepper and crushed garlic sprinkled with salt and a little pepper. Add a little white wine. Seal up the foil and place in the oven on a medium heat for around fifteen minutes. Serve the meal with potatoes, bread, and fruit.
